first youth camp at Norsup - Departure for Malekula

From 14 to 27 January 2008 be the first youth camp at Norsup - Malekula.

Twenty young people from Port Vila, Santo and Malekula, made the gathering. With the coaches, the staff stood at 31 people.

For fifteen days, mornings are devoted to meditation on the Word of God and the evening at 18h 30, to evangelism. Every night, new people come to hear the preaching of the Gospel. Many require that patients are visited at the hospital Norsup, located a hundred meters from the camp.

The Lord puts to heart, during a meeting in the morning to pray for the baptism in the Holy Spirit. Four were baptized with a younger brother.

With the permission of the competent authorities, the last two evenings of evangelization were made to the procurement of Norsup. Many people come to hear the preaching of the Gospel. Some stand in the dark on the other side of the road. But no matter, the Gospel is preached. Some families are from the Catholicism of the other Free Church. They decided to follow meetings with brothers and sisters Norsup.

On 27 January 2008, a worship service followed by the baptism of a young person whose parents were already closing the camp to the Lord. To God alone be the glory!
